  • Our reason for joining ECFC:

We joined ECFC because we believe that our collective voice and aligned approach is more powerful. ECFC has provided a peer learning and support group that has helped to strengthen our foundation's grantmaking and our ability to leverage our impact effectively. ECFC has also helped to elevate funders ability to influence the field as a whole, and public policies at the state and federal level.

  • Where our work is focused:

Statewide in Illinois and multi-state/regional initiatives in LA, NY, CT, MA, CA (SF and Oakland), FL, MN, D.C. and through BUILD, the Ounce, and the Alliance work.

What we want to work on with our peers:

We want to explore how to effectively leverage our resources to advance a common agenda and discuss multi-issue organizing and movement building.
