Forecasting with Parents on Post-COVID Recover – Funder Discussion

On June 25th, the Funders Group hosted a funder discussion for grantmaking professionals to come together and brainstorm how funders can:

  1. Build and share power with parent leaders during this current coping phase and the future recovery phase.
  2. Strategize and forecast WITH parents to ensure that the system rebuilding process centers parent experience, expertise, and voice.

Small and large group discussions explored how funders can leverage their power to share and build power among parent leaders, and assumptions moving forward for what the future looks like for parents.
